Sexual Offence Examiner
Perform forensic examinations and obtain exhibits in line with FFLM guidelines and document findings. Develop forensic strategies and work in partnership with external MDTs and the Police. Be the first point of contact for victims, Police and Social Services to discuss referrals and manage self-referral pathways. Deliver holistic assessments covering sexual health, mental health, safeguarding, and produce individual management plans. Operate under the Forensic Science Regulator requirements, obtain informed consent, and maintain confidentiality. Work autonomously with a UK driving license, advanced DBS and Level 2 Police vetting, and participate in training to become a qualified Forensic Practitioner.
