The role
Lead a dedicated data science team focused on early insights into behavioral performance (safety, progress, quality) for new hardware platforms and territories.
Develop and deploy statistical methods and testing frameworks to bolster the rigor and actionability of evaluations across users.
Collaborate with the onboard engineering team to ensure evaluation tools enable rapid iteration and improvement across diverse driving contexts.
Define and maintain a scalable evaluation roadmap that grows with deployment scope while preserving rigor.
Translate findings into rapid, actionable feedback for senior stakeholders, acting as a gatekeeper for evaluation signals used in readiness decisions.
Be an active technical contributor and people manager, framing ambiguous problems, driving statistical innovation, and guiding roadmaps and approvals for behavioral software changes.
