The role
Executive Director within Tech & Cyber ORM provides independent risk oversight of technology and cybersecurity across Employee Platforms.
Develop and execute a multi‑risk strategy identifying technology failure and third‑party risks, with emphasis on cloud service providers and collaboration tools.
Conduct technical risk assessments, review threat models, identify control gaps, and drive mitigation with stakeholders and engineering teams.
Collaborate with wider 2LoD technology teams to understand the control environment and ensure compliance with policy and regulatory standards.
Monitor significant events related to technology, including external incidents, third‑party failures, and evolving vulnerabilities; integrate AI/LLM insights to accelerate assessments.
Communicate risk findings clearly for governance forums and regulatory interactions, translating complex technical details into actionable recommendations.
