The role
In partnership with the Director of HR, develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Mentor and develop the HR team, providing training, certification opportunities, and acting as a backup when needed.
Partner with business leaders to understand needs and challenges, delivering effective HR solutions and programs.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company values and legal requirements.
Lead continuous process improvements, and drive employee engagement, retention, and development through surveys, recognition, and learning opportunities.
Manage complex employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and talent acquisition; analyze HR data to inform leadership decisions and ensure compliance.
