The role
Seeking a patent litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience for a remote, contract engagement.
This part-time (flexible schedule) role offers remote work within the United States and no billable-hour requirement.
A background in electrical engineering or computer science is required.
Candidates must have experience at AmLaw 200 firms or sophisticated boutiques, and be licensed in good standing in any state with excellent academic credentials and references.
The role emphasizes efficient document review, strategic case management, and collaboration with a dynamic legal team.
Compensation for full-time is $200k-$250k annually, with contract rates based on experience; benefits include professional liability insurance, group health/dental/vision, 401k, and CLE stipend.
