The role
Lead the development of ultra-realistic autonomous vehicle simulations by applying foundation models and building robust production-ready systems.
Foster a world-class research engineering team and collaborate with partner teams in London and Oxford to push realism through scalable models.
Design and run experiments that advance AV simulation capabilities and develop metrics to quantify realism.
Train and evaluate large models, integrate them into the simulator and downstream applications, and ensure reliable deployment.
Hire, mentor, and retain diverse engineering talent, promoting a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Translate research ideas into production-ready pipelines and tools that accelerate testing and training of realistic simulated environments.
