The role
Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists and Analysts to deliver company-wide data insights and scalable data products.
Conduct product analytics to identify growth drivers and provide actionable recommendations.
Deep dive into data sources, assess limitations, and communicate insights through exploratory analysis and research.
Design and monitor core metrics; investigate root causes of metric movements.
Design and build advanced analytical solutions and models to drive superior business outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally across time zones in a hybrid work environment, translating business needs into data-driven strategies.
