The role
Lead a growing team of engineers to develop ML methods for end-to-end robot control.
Deploy models to production at scale and drive productionisation from concept to live systems.
Work on deep learning for computer vision and Python-based ML workflows.
Explore LLM, VLM, and VLA enhancements as next steps for robot intelligence.
Foster a culture of trust, open feedback, and cross-functional collaboration while delivering customer impact.
This role is based in Warsaw with hybrid work (two office days per week) and fluent English required.
