The role
Develop, implement, and oversee the organization's social compliance and ethical sourcing programs across global apparel manufacturing partners.
Ensure factories meet international labor codes, legal requirements, and internal standards.
Lead audits (internal and third-party), review findings, and drive corrective action and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with sourcing, quality, and sustainability teams; train suppliers and factory leadership on compliance expectations.
Monitor global labor laws and ESG requirements; provide internal and customer-facing reporting.
Travel as needed to assess factories, support risk mitigation, and sustain responsible production.
