The role
Lead the financial management for a portfolio of engagements, driving profitability, compliance, and strategic financial advisory across the lifecycle.
Manage a geographically distributed team of Finance Project Business Partners, ensuring monthly project reviews and timely resolution of escalations affecting DSO.
Oversee project initiation and setup for data accuracy and proper phase/task configuration with the Global Delivery Center.
Review variances, approve time recordings, SOW changes, and coordinate corrective actions with Business Unit Finance Directors.
Own billing, collections, WIP/AR, and DSO management, escalating seriously overdue invoices and implementing process improvements with O2C.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and revenue recognition policies, while safeguarding master data integrity and internal controls.
