The role
ERM is seeking an experienced Transport Director to lead and grow the Transport & Access capability across the Renewables, Energy and Major Infrastructure sectors. The role involves providing strategic leadership, technical excellence, project delivery oversight and business development support for transport-related services in wind, grid, hydrogen, and storage projects. Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing assessments, route planning, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on renewable developments. Candidates should possess extensive experience in transport consultancy, planning, and infrastructure projects, with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills. The position requires a degree in a relevant discipline and chartered status, with experience in UK and Ireland planning regimes and project delivery.
