The role
Assist customers in-store and over the phone, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers find the best solutions.
Schedule and coordinate furniture deliveries, and follow up on delivery times and outstanding payments.
Utilize computer systems for order processing, inquiries, invoicing, and reporting.
Collaborate with sales staff, warehouse teams, and management to resolve delivery issues or honor special requests.
Support daily operations by moving, staging, and maintaining showroom cleanliness, plus basic cash handling and administrative tasks.
