The role
The role involves operating and monitoring bottling and production machinery, carrying out quality checks, packing products, and supporting equipment maintenance and repairs. Candidates should have good hand-eye coordination, basic literacy and numeracy skills, and the ability to follow safety procedures. Technical skills such as troubleshooting machinery, reading blueprints, and using hand tools are essential. The position requires physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods and attention to detail under pressure. Personal qualities include reliability, safety consciousness, and teamwork. Education requirements include GCSEs in English and Maths, with manufacturing qualifications advantageous.
