The role
Primary owner of cost estimates and EAC data for major projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to support project reviews and overall health assessments.
Prepare monthly EAC packages, identify fluctuations, and monitor key metrics such as billings, AR, contract assets/liabilities, inventory, and reserves.
Collaborate on project change management, risks and opportunities, and provide critical insight during monthly project reviews.
Partner with cost accounting and POC analysts to monitor incurred and expected project costs and support monthly POC revenue recognition.
Maintain internal controls for POC project estimates, perform journal entries, reconciliations, and assist with standard cost development and cost roll-ups.
Support ERP system implementations and data migration, ensuring accurate cost allocations and timely, high-quality financial reporting.
