Build innovative and scalable data products and analyses to empower our creator community across a global, multi-device platform.
Design experiments and causal studies to quantify the impact of creator-facing features on platform health and growth.
Define clear metrics to evaluate success and build dashboards that track progress in real time.
Influence product strategy by partnering with product managers, engineers, and leaders to accelerate creator velocity.
Provide technical mentorship and expertise to multiply the contributions of data scientists across the organization.
Build, maintain, and scale reliable data pipelines and dashboards to ensure timely visibility into team metrics and platform health.
