The role
Provide first-line onsite IT support for end users in Manchester.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, printers, and mobile devices.
Support a range of applications, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.
Deliver excellent customer service with strong communication in a front-facing role.
Perform routine maintenance and contribute to IT projects with the Technology Team.
Onsite hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00.
