The role
Lead the instrumentation and experimentation program within the Trust & Signals team, applying rigorous quantitative methods to product challenges at web scale.
Develop and promote best practices for experimentation design, measurement, and data instrumentation for cross-functional engineering teams.
Build and prototype end-to-end analysis pipelines, gaining deep knowledge of data structures, metrics, and their impact on product decisions.
Collaborate across product, engineering, design, research, and analytics to translate insights into actionable product improvements.
Apply statistics, machine learning, forecasting, and econometrics to solve real-world problems and guide data-driven strategy.
Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical partners, and operate with a skeptical, detail-oriented mindset using SQL and Python or R.
