The role
Coordinate HR helpdesk activities and support North America employees with accurate data in HRIS and ERP systems.
Manage ticket queues in Remedy and ServiceNow to ensure timely responses and resolution for HR inquiries.
Maintain up-to-date employee data across systems and provide regular HR and Finance reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SAP Organizational Management and Personal Administration modules.
Support automated HRIS processes and participate in SAP HR implementations, configuration, and process analysis.
Uphold data integrity, ensure policy compliance, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
