The role
Lead development and delivery of EPC construction activities across ME&I disciplines, from Front End Engineering and scope development to on-site execution.
Manage budgets, procurement, and subcontractor contracts; ensure cost, schedule, quality, and HSE targets are met.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to drive constructibility and early works alignment.
Lead construction meetings, monitor progress, control variations, and document all information for handover.
Provide construction support for commissioning, ensure quality and safety compliance, and act as Principal Contractor under CDM 1994.
Requirements: 10+ years in EPC ME&I & Construction, NEC3/4 and IChemE familiarity, project management for >£10m, CSCS and CCNSG, relevant qualifications.
