Support the Construction Recruitment team in sourcing candidates and coordinating the hiring process.
Post job adverts, monitor social media, and manage applications across multiple platforms.
Coordinate local job fairs and engage with prospective candidates, performing initial vetting.
Submit only qualified candidates to site managers and maintain ongoing candidate care.
