The role
Hippo is a digital consultancy that builds innovative solutions for public and private sector clients. The role involves leading business analysis across identity discovery, assessment, and delivery, shaping product direction and managing high-level scope and delivery approaches. It requires excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. The candidate will also support the development of internal identity capabilities through coaching and community activities. Technical expertise in identity and IAM, plus consultancy experience working with clients, are essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities are expected in this diverse, collaborative environment.
