They will manage legal and reputational risks, providing advice on regulatory and competition issues, including ASA matters. The role involves overseeing intellectual property matters, managing disputes, and ensuring protection of the brand while enabling swift business delivery. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders is essential, providing expertise on marketing, consumer protection, and commercial contracts, including sponsorships. The incumbent will support legal transformation projects, develop content and tools, and identify efficiency opportunities, including embracing AI advancements. They should be a proactive, qualified lawyer with substantial marketing and consumer law experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
