The role
Lead and develop a team of HR Compliance professionals responsible for Workers' Compensation, OSHA, regulatory reporting, audit remediation, and HR policy governance.
Own program administration with vendor management, claims governance, case escalation, and adherence to state and federal requirements.
Drive accurate regulatory reporting, proactive audit remediation, and strengthen governance, controls, and documentation.
Collaborate with Legal, Corporate Compliance, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, and HR Centers of Excellence to align risk mitigation and operational priorities.
Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, dashboards, and QA/QC routines, and partner with HRIS and operations to automate and improve data integrity.
Oversee records retention and policy management to ensure consistent, defensible HR processes in a highly regulated environment.
