The role
Lead the architecture and evolution of the Agentic AI Platform to orchestrate multi-agent systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Design scalable, secure backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI/Flask), exposing REST and gRPC APIs for backend, AI agents, and frontend integration.
Integrate LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, Gemini) and build end-to-end RAG pipelines with vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
Drive distributed systems design for horizontal scalability, reliability, auto-scaling, monitoring, and observability with Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Partner with senior engineers, ML engineers, and product leads to define the platform roadmap, mentor teammates, and uphold coding standards and design reviews.
Explore new frameworks and deployment models to push Agentic AI in production, emphasizing speed, quality, and enterprise-grade rigor.
