The role
Lead the data science strategy and execution for AI/ML solutions that improve consumer purchase clarity and reduce chargebacks and disputes.
Define the vision and roadmap, align initiatives with product strategy, and partner with product, engineering, and business leaders.
Build and scale models using NLP, generative AI, multi-agent systems, and computer vision to enhance transaction experiences.
Provide hands-on technical leadership across cloud environments (Azure, Snowflake, Spark) and ensure governance, data security, and regulatory compliance.
Mentor a high-performing data science team, foster innovation, and drive measurable business impact.
Incubate prototypes and proofs-of-concept, evaluate new methods, and translate complex data problems into scalable outcomes.
