The role
Lead the design and delivery of GenAI-powered ML solutions for scalable, AI-augmented customer support platforms.
Architect and mentor teams to build unified, platform-native systems (AirCase) with Viaduct APIs, replacing legacy CRM.
Orchestrate AI workflows powering agent co-pilot tools, automated responses, routing, and real-time performance insights.
Establish shared data foundations, feedback loops, and personalization across the support journey.
Hands-on development and productionization of ML models and pipelines, including both batch and real-time use cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to prioritize requirements, validate ideas, and drive scalable AI production.
