The role
Architect and implement state-of-the-art generative pipelines for ad creative, with asset preservation for logos, fonts, and brand elements.
Build end-to-end image and video editing capabilities, including smart crop, inpainting, outpainting, resize, and style transfer within strict brand guidelines.
Fine-tune LLMs and VLMs and create RAG loops, leveraging CTR and CVR signals to guide generation through RLHF/RLPF for ads.
Design production-grade, low-latency inference stacks for diffusion and transformer models, balancing quality, cost-per-impression, and speed.
Implement safety and compliance layers with robust filtering, copyright checks, and human-in-the-loop escalation.
Collaborate across Product, Sales, Policy, UX, and adjacent ML teams to deliver ACE capabilities into the ad delivery path and UI.
