The role
Lead the design, delivery, and governance of production ML models for banking and lending products, ensuring impact on customers and business metrics. Define and execute pragmatic modeling strategies, incorporating new data sources and scalable ML infrastructure. Collaborate with product, data engineering, and platform teams to turn business problems into reliable ML solutions. Mentor and grow a high-performing ML engineering team, fostering innovation, code quality, and robust testing and monitoring. Own the technical vision and roadmap for scalable ML capabilities and promote AI best practices across the organization.
