The role
A senior backend developer specialising in C# and .net Framework will work within a digital team to develop and refine an eCommerce website and internal applications. The role involves leading web and application development from a technical perspective and collaborating with front-end developers and designers to improve UI and UX. The candidate will analyse current features to suggest enhancements, automate processes in coordination with business leads, and implement automated testing practices such as regression testing. Essential skills include proficiency in ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, React, and cloud services like Azure, along with experience in Agile methodologies and API development. Excellent problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and adaptability are required to succeed in a dynamic environment. Knowledge in PowerBI, structured testing, and continuous delivery tools will be advantageous.
