The role
An experienced Earthworks Construction Manager is sought to oversee major infrastructure projects in Birmingham. The role involves leading planning, coordination, and delivery of earthworks activities ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. The manager will provide leadership to site teams, optimise earthmoving plant fleets, and utilise advanced digital construction tools and GPS systems to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include managing project delivery, mitigating risks, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Strong industry knowledge in bulk earthworks, technical problem-solving skills, and experience with digital construction platforms are essential. Candidates must possess a degree or equivalent qualification, extensive experience, and a full UK driving licence.
