The role
Design, develop, and improve scalable Java backend services with a focus on high performance and maintainability.
Lead data integration efforts, leveraging Oracle and stored procedures to shape robust data flows.
Contribute to API design, standards, and secure coding practices while ensuring testability and reliability.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to align software with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Implement cloud-native deployments on aPaaS (OpenShift/Red Hat), establish CI/CD pipelines, and containerize services.
Mentor peers, participate in code reviews, promote technical excellence, and actively manage risk and security considerations.
