The role
Provide strategic legal counsel on cybersecurity and incident response across global operations.
Advise on compliance with evolving cybersecurity and data breach laws and related regulations.
Lead legal responses to security incidents, directing investigations and drafting communications to customers and regulators.
Collaborate with Compliance, Public Policy, Privacy, and other legal teams to support security, fraud, and abuse efforts.
Manage outside counsel relationships, budgets, staffing, and strategic approaches to security matters.
Offer legal guidance on security aspects of due diligence and M&A activities.
