The role
Lead a global data science organization delivering advanced analytics and data-driven insights for enterprise partners in the payments ecosystem.
Provide technical and strategic direction for R&D, data governance, system architecture, and analytics tooling across teams.
Mentor analysts and data scientists, promoting rigorous modeling, reproducible workflows, and clear communication of results.
Develop scalable analytics assets, deploy ML models, and explore Generative AI approaches to unlock value from large-scale transactional data.
Partner with sales and account teams to identify opportunities, demonstrate impact, and support revenue growth through data-driven solutions.
Lead cross-functional initiatives, foster self-service analytics, and evangelize data science through trainings and technical sessions.
