The role
Seek a curious and motivated Sr. ML Engineer to contribute to building production-grade AI systems and cutting-edge ML capabilities.
Design and implement end-to-end agentic workflows where AI agents collaborate to solve multi-step business problems.
Integrate hybrid agent strategies, combining out-of-the-box agents with proprietary data-driven custom agents.
Develop robust model lifecycles—from data preparation and training to deployment, monitoring, and drift mitigation.
Ensure glass-box observability with deep tracing to understand the reasoning behind agent decisions.
Containerize models and build APIs (FastAPI/Flask) while enabling CI/CD for scalable, low-latency production.
