Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst – Vice President

Lead applications development and systems analysis to deploy new or revised application systems in coordination with the Technology team. Partner with multiple management teams to drive function integration, define enhancements, and support new products and process improvements. Resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes and industry standards. Provide expert guidance in full-stack development and ensure designs adhere to the architecture blueprint and coding/testing standards. Mentor mid-level developers and analysts, allocate work, review code and designs, and guide delivery to meet objectives. Exercise risk-aware decision making, promote compliance and ethical conduct, escalate control issues, and safeguard assets.
