The role
The Academy Financial Analyst III assists in financial decision-making by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data.
Performs complex financial and operational analyses to support short-term and long-range plans, operating budgets, and special projects.
Reviews monthly balance sheet reconciliations, produces monthly financial statements, and reports budget versus actual performance to leadership.
Provides financial guidance to Headmasters and collaborates with departments on forecasts, annual budgets, and cost-control measures.
Develops financial models, identifies internal control issues, and supports audits while ensuring policy compliance.
Oversees new school expansion costs and coordinates with IT and facilities, with local travel across Texas as required.
