The role
Support execution of live transactions for the Consumer & Business Services coverage team, including preparation of memoranda and presentations and analyzing client attributes.
Apply financial, economic, quantitative, and qualitative methods to evaluate and execute acquisitions, financings, and equity raises.
Develop and apply advanced financial analyses and models to support deal strategy and decision-making.
Produce final reports of client interactions and discussions for senior management and maintain ongoing communication.
Collaborate with senior bankers, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate initiative to lead within a high-performing team.
Participate in all stages of the transaction lifecycle—pitching, marketing, modeling, and deal execution—under a hybrid work model.
