The role
Lead and oversee the Global Incident Response program to coordinate multi-jurisdictional data incidents across functions and partner firms.
Provide legal guidance on incident response matters, escalating significant issues to senior privacy and legal leadership.
Develop and report regular incident metrics to stakeholders and leadership; support continuous improvement of IR processes and tools.
Collaborate with Information Security, regional privacy leads, and the Global DP team to maintain and update IR methodology and training.
Plan and conduct tabletop exercises and training to raise awareness of data protection responsibilities.
Manage investigations, advise on cross-border regulatory considerations, and ensure GDPR and other applicable data protection compliance.
