Founding Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Own the core ML stack from data to deployment for a new global AI product. Shape model selection, training strategy, and long-term architecture while designing end-to-end training pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and scalable inference systems. Fine-tune models with cutting-edge methods (LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, DPO, distillation) and explore retrieval-augmented training, mixture-of-experts, and multimodal setups. Build robust data systems for synthetic and real-world data, implement alignment, safety, and guardrails, and optimize GPU usage for latency and scale. Drive early product direction, experiment with new use cases, and establish engineering standards as a founding team member.
