The role
Translate Finance questions into data-driven insights and partner with Finance leaders to define reporting needs. Design and deliver scalable dashboards and analyses that enable strategic decision-making and self-service analytics. Bridge Finance and Technology by translating high-level requirements into precise data models, metrics, and calculations aligned with financial definitions. Lead end-user testing and data validation (UAT) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in Finance data. Champion data quality and standardization, collaborating with Data Strategy & Governance to establish single sources of truth and consistent business rules. Drive continuous improvement by simplifying reporting, automating manual processes, and documenting data definitions and dashboards; this is a hybrid role with 50% in-office time and occasional travel.
