The role
Temporary, on-site Provider Support Specialist role in Downtown Phoenix, supporting a technology organization during a high-volume period.
Assist users with account creation, password resets, and system access requests.
Provide clear, customer-focused support via phone and email while navigating internal systems.
Perform data quality checks, including reviewing duplicate or merged records, and document requests in the ticketing system.
Verify user training completion and system eligibility, and troubleshoot login/authentication issues.
Contract details: 6 weeks, 40 hours per week, start end of May, pay $21/hour, on-site in Phoenix, AZ 85004.
