The role
The role involves designing, building, and maintaining backend services, APIs, and data pipelines to support AI training and inference workloads. Developers will create scalable server-side architectures, write clean and testable code, and optimise system performance across cloud platforms. Collaboration occurs asynchronously with dispersed teams of engineers, researchers, and leads, often using cloud services, databases, and containerisation tools.
