The role
Prepare and assemble loan documentation for commercial loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Review documents for completeness, correctness, and adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and internal teams to resolve issues and facilitate timely closings.
Maintain organized files and records to support audit readiness and regulatory reviews.
Stay current with regulatory changes, policy updates, and industry best practices affecting loan documentation.
Identify process improvements and contribute to growth by enhancing efficiency while mitigating risk.
