The role
Design and deploy AI/ML models that transform large-scale, multi-modal healthcare data (pharmacy, claims, EMR) into actionable real-world evidence.
Build scalable analytics pipelines to support clinical and observational research, RWE studies, and research insights reporting.
Apply advanced techniques such as predictive modeling, causal inference, NLP, and graph analytics to identify trends and support decision-making.
Collaborate with data engineers, informaticians, clinicians, and statisticians to standardize data and improve quality.
Support GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives to automate research workflows, knowledge extraction, and evidence synthesis.
Communicate complex results to technical and non-technical stakeholders via visualizations, dashboards, and executive summaries; role may expand to supervising the Data Scientist team.
