The role
Lead transaction execution with senior bankers, coordinating teams and managing timelines.
Oversee due diligence processes, data room setup, and communications with buyers and advisors.
Build and maintain detailed financial models, including sensitivity and scenario analyses.
Direct analysts and associates to deliver client materials, presentations, and pitch books.
Advance sell-side and buy-side engagements, resolving complex transaction issues.
Operate in an entrepreneurial, collaborative culture with hybrid in-office work in Columbia, MD.
