The role
Apply the nursing process to collect data, establish goals, and develop personalized care plans in an oncology setting.
Deliver relationship-centered care to support patients through cancer treatment and improve health outcomes.
Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, and comprehensive care.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, symptom management, and discharge instructions.
Adhere to ANA standards and ethical guidelines, document care accurately, and use technology to support nursing interventions.
