The role
Lead design and delivery of RWE analyses for pharma clients, translating complex drug-development questions into actionable research plans using real-world data.
Own the derivation of complex endpoints and time-to-event analyses, applying advanced survival methods and rigorous data modeling.
Set technical standards, mentor junior scientists, review code, and develop tools that scale best practices across the organization.
Drive AI-enabled workflows, incorporating LLMs and agentic tools to speed up analysis, documentation, and study reproducibility.
Communicate high-stakes findings to executives and partners, ensuring scientific integrity of manuscripts, abstracts, and technical reports.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, oncology, clinical abstraction, and data science teams to improve data quality and product strategy, with deep oncology domain expertise (NCCN guidelines).
