The role
Lead the design and execution of real-world evidence analyses for pharma partners, translating complex drug questions into actionable study plans.
Develop and validate time-to-event endpoints using rich clinical and molecular data, while acknowledging real-world data limitations.
Set methodological standards in survival analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling, and mentor junior scientists.
Drive AI-enhanced workflows by adopting LLMs and agentic tools to accelerate coding, documentation, and reviews.
Communicate high-stakes results to executives and external partners with scientific rigor, enabling impactful strategic decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality and product development, ensuring oncology RWE best practices stay current.
