The role
Lead the design, training, and deployment of state-of-the-art computer vision and ML models in production to improve in-store customer experiences.
Research and develop algorithms for object detection, tracking, product identification, and scene understanding.
Ensure model robustness, generalization, accuracy, testability, and efficiency while delivering production-ready code.
Collaborate with software engineers and CV specialists across cross-functional project teams.
Adopt engineering best practices and contribute to scalable, maintainable systems.
Demonstrate problem-solving agility, independence, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
