The role
Based in Paris, you will join a multidisciplinary Data team focused on AI-driven gameplay experiences.
In gameplay experiments (design, playtests, beta tests, live phases), you will define data needs, ensure data quality, and maintain pipelines and processes.
Provide monitoring and analyses of player and technical behavior to improve experiences.
For the tech product, you will develop a data productization strategy, standardize datasets, support the AI strategy, and build cross-game dashboards to show how AI features are consumed.
Collaborate with producers, technologists, designers, business and marketing to enable data-informed decisions.
Requirements include a BAC+4/5 or higher, SQL expertise, Power BI or Tableau, handling large data volumes and statistics, fluent English, and strong communication; Python/PySpark, data engineering, and interest in AI/ML are a plus.
